An LLC can obtain a certified copy of its formation document or any other document it has filed, such as an annual report, amendment or cancellation.

• Apostilles of a certified copy or aCertificate of Good Standing for use in a country that is party to the Hague Convention. An apostille is a document recognized by many jurisdictions that certifies a document for use in a foreign country party that is party to the Hague.
